To expanding Beulah portfolio

The Beulah portfolio is growing and we are excited to announce our recent purchase of a 2411 square metre site in Kew, as recently highlighted in The Age and The Urban Developer.

Situated at 367 Cotham Road, we will be creating 20 apartments over three levels, each comprising two, three and four bedrooms. The residences are between 120 and 500 square metres to resemble the size of homes rather than apartments.

We are again looking forward to working with Fender Katsalidis Architects to deliver a $46 million development that will fit in with the prestigious suburb located in Melbourne’s inner east. Further information about this upcoming development will be released in the coming month.
