Part of the success of Beulah is a result of the broad expertise of its team. Its two Melbourne-based directors, Jiaheng Chan and Adelene Teh, balance strong business credentials and an understanding of the market with a rare appreciation for architecture and design.

Both directors are personally invested in every project, and are known for their integrity, their involvement in each part of the process and their commitment to delivering to all stakeholders including customers and associates.

Adelene Teh

Adelene is the Founder and Executive Director of Beulah International.

With a proud family history in property development and a background in architecture, Adelene Teh is the visionary who is responsible for overseeing the highly intelligent and innovative designs behind each project. Adelene brings her expertise and love of fine design to every part of the development process, as well as coordinating consultants and project management, to ensure the vision of Beulah is fully realised.

After gaining her Masters of Architecture from the University of Melbourne, Adelene applied her skills at the award-winning architecture practices locally and overseas, before co-founding Beulah International.

Adelene is passionate about bringing something different to the property industry, and using her appreciation for design to deliver excellent results.

Jiaheng Chan

As the Managing Director, Jiaheng leads the organisation to ensure commitments to stakeholders are delivered and that the organisation is resourced in all areas to realise the vision of Beulah International.

Jiaheng is heavily involved in business strategy, oversees every department and sourcing the next opportunity for the company’s continued growth. 

Prior to co-founding Beulah, Jiaheng was involved in development projects worth over $1bn including the successful Australia 108 project. He has also brought his MBA qualifications to a number of consulting and analytical positions with major multinationals.

Jiaheng’s innovative spirit in property is a continuation of his training in Mechatronics Engineering and his involvement in R&D for Fortune 500 technology companies. He is passionate about building relationships and partnerships with industry innovators to create something extraordinary.

Jamie Baldwin

With over a decade worth of industry experience, Jamie heads Beulah International’s Sales and Marketing division as the department’s General Manager.

With experience working alongside one of Australia’s largest private developers, as well as established automotive brands, Jamie’s wealth of business knowledge enables him to connect customer insights to every area of the company’s growth. This highly valued skill and a genuine passion on helping people ensures Beulah International is providing homes and investment solutions that are in line with the needs of clients.

Jamie is an approachable and outgoing leader who always seeks the best in his team and making sure they are equipped and supported. His love for conversation ensures there’s never a dull moment in the office and outside of work, he’s known as an adrenaline junkie, always seeking a new heart-racing adventure. 

Ai Ling Tan

With almost a decade of experience in the accounting and finance space, Ai Ling is responsible for overseeing all facets of the organisation’s finances. She is also involved in some facets of operations as the Finance and Operations Manager.

Her passion for details and numbers enables her to guide the organisation financially, including liaising with financial partners and ensuring the organisation delivers on its commitment to industry stakeholders.

Ai Ling’s bubbly and likeable personality, coupled with her invaluable knowledge gained from experience with some of the largest private developers, has been instrumental in the ongoing success and growth of Beulah International.

As a qualified chartered accountant, Ai Ling holds a Commerce Degree from The University of Melbourne and is passionate about travelling the world and embarking on new adventures.

Nikita Sullivan

As Marketing Manager, Nikita is responsible for all marketing strategy, project brand development, full campaign execution and editorial outputs to ensure effective communication and promotion of the Beulah development projects.

Nikita has a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the property development industry including a previous role at an ASX listed multi-national developer, a position which also saw her credited as a finalist in the National Young Achiever Award. 

Her wide breadth of experience across residential and mixed-use developments, paired with her strong work ethic and excitement for innovation, makes her a great fit for Beulah. Outside of being a superwoman at work, Nikita can be found spending time with her young family, enjoying fine wine, reading and travelling.

Tristan Hopkin

With close to a decade of experience in construction and development, Tristan Hopkin joins the Beulah International team as our Development Project Manager.

Having managed many various types of buildings from low-rise to high-rise as project manager, Tristan’s breadth of knowledge enables him to oversee all components of the development process, from budget management and project timelines through to all aspects of construction, planning and authority processes; all which have assisted in shaping a comprehensive understanding in the industry.

Tristan’s unwavering attention to detail and his friendly can-do attitude makes him a valuable addition to the Beulah team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within project scope.

Outside of work, Tristan can be found riding the slopes of mountain bike trails around Melbourne.  


Tim Longmore

With his sharp eye for innovation and continually looking for ways to evolve the industry, Tim will play a key role in the sales leadership team to ensure Beulah’s continued success.

A proven leader, Tim has a decade of experience in residential real estate including a previous role as Director of an award-winning agency and knows how to achieve ambitious goals.

Tim understands luxury and dreams big – just what we are all about at Beulah. Prior to delving into property Tim was a sales specialist for a luxury automotive company.

These days, when Tim isn’t busy finding customers their dream homes or investment (which is hardly), he can be found spending time with his family, or enjoying golf and basketball with friends.

Stephen Bowtell

With a background in management and sales, Stephen brings his personable nature to Beulah International’s sales campaigns as a Sales Executive.

He authentically engages with people, building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Stephen is a firm believer of commitment, integrity and enthusiasm, aligning with the core values of our company. 

Prior to joining Beulah International, Stephen has established a successful eCommerce business platform and achieved excellent results through his relationship building both locally and overseas.

Far from his current role, he is an avid guitar player, having spent his former years touring as a professional musician, but now he enjoys his spare time in the company of his young family

May Jet Chuah

An astute individual with a sharp mind, May Jet is an enthusiastic, professional and dynamic Chartered Accountant.

With previous experience as an auditor, she utilises her high attention to detail, agility and financial knowledge in all tasks.

She excels in her role as Senior Accountant with her expertise in spreadsheets, statistics and finance.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne with the ability to speak five languages (not including her 6th language ‘Excel’), May Jet is an exceptional asset to the Beulah International team.

Outside of work, May Jet enjoys participating in extreme sports as well as playing badminton, going to the theatre and having excellent culinary experiences.

Courtney Wong

A key member of our marketing team, Courtney brings enthusiasm, creativity and her hard-working nature to all Beulah International projects. She maintains, updates and develops our marketing and communications material as well as liaises with various stakeholders to ensure the best marketing outcomes are always achieved.

Courtney has completed a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Melbourne majoring in both media and communications and psychology (ability to read minds) and is able to draw on her wealth of knowledge in her role.

She speaks four languages fluently and has previously been awarded as a top salesperson at a high-end fashion company due to her genuine and friendly personality.  In her spare time, Courtney can be found gardening, especially planting, as well as cycling.

Tayla Hewlitt

Assisting with operations and our day-to-day office management, Tayla brings her friendly face and positive attitude to the front desk at our Melbourne office. With a background in nursing, Tayla is a people person and offers exceptional customer service to all our visitors.

Her high attention to detail ensures her role as Contract Administrator is well executed and her organisation skills coupled with her strong work ethic allows her to meticulously maintain our workspace. Her obsession with powering through tasks with focus has earned her the reputation as an Admin Guru.

Beyond her role at Beulah International, Tayla enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling and listening to music.

John Dimattina

A dedicated, sociable and resourceful individual, John excels in his role as Project Administrator. He has a genuine interest in construction, stemming from his desire to design and build his own home and is delighted to be able to pursue his passion through this position.

Previous experience in the building and construction industry as well as support from mentors has helped him achieve significant personal and professional goals at a young age.

Currently completing his Honours Degree in Construction Management at RMIT University, John is continuously looking to expand his existing skill set to offer the utmost value to the team. With a competitive nature, he is always willing to take on new challenges which he meets with professionalism, optimism and confidence in his abilities.

Outside of his role, John is also our favourite Barista in the office serving his ‘Dimattina Cuppa’.
