Because we’re looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager who can build an end-to-end customer program and who will provide a VIP service to our customers.

As Customer Experience Manager, you will drive Beulah’s vision to become a world-leading lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Acting as Beulah’s ‘Chief Concierge’ to all of our customers, and managing the quality of the service provided to our customers by any external concierge service providers
  • Market research and analysis of international and local trends in customer service and experience
  • Strategic planning, commercialisation and implementation of a bespoke Beulah customer program (including loyalty or membership-style programs)
  • Building an ecosystem of partnerships with luxury travel, retail, hospitality and other lifestyle brands to provide products services and benefits to our customers
  • Working closely with our brand, marketing and sales teams to implement customer engagement initiatives, promotions and events
  • Mapping out, and ongoing curation of, an end-to-end ‘customer journey’ experience to deliver a world-class and bespoke VIP service to all Beulah customers
  • In-house training of customer-facing staff and implementation of best practice customer-centric policies and processes
  • Collecting customer feedback and implementing improvement initiatives to our customer management processes

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

YOUR SUPER POWERS

  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has a friendly and hospitable attitude and demeanour
  • Is great at relationship building and management
  • Displays strong leadership
  • Has a high degree of commercial acumen
  • Is naturally curious about global trends but is also a trendsetter in their own right
  • Loves to think outside the box and does not like to do things conventionally
  • Ability to work under pressure and within required deadlines

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Has at least 10 years’ experience in highend concierge, customer service and/or hospitality (e.g. hotels, luxury brands, etc)
  • Preferably has experience in building and managing corporate partnerships
  • Preferably has experience in managing customer/member benefits programs
