Reporting directly to the Head of Residential Sales Manager, our newly created Sales Administrator position will provide administrative support across our high performing Sales Team with sales contracts, deposits and documentation, maintaining our CRM system and more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator who is passionate about real estate and property, a team player and will effectively support multiple sales team members.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Conducting administrative tasks such as collecting customer details and data entry
  • Assisting with maintaining Channel agents list
  • Assist with compiling weekly sales team reports
  • Maintaining our CRM database with potential customer information
  • Helping ensure that all sales contracts and related legal documentation are accurately compiled completed, saved and filed in line with internal processes
  • Ensuring that deposits and/or bank guarantees are received, and records are filed in line with internal processes
  • Assisting with all other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or data-entry role
  • Preferably has experience working in a real estate agency or in a development company
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
  • Effective communicator and works well in a team
  • Able to work under pressure, self-manage and prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience maintaining and completing a high level of administrative support tasks and other general duties
