Our Sales Host is a newly created role that will focus on being the first point of contact for potential purchasers in our project showroom and display suite. This ‘concierge’ type role will focus on creating an amazing first impression on our prospective customers and presenting the key features of our latest STH BNK By Beulah project.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Host who is a team player and will collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to successfully launch our STH BNK By Beulah project.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Greeting and hosting all customers in our display suites
  • Presenting marketing materials and key features of our STH BNK By Beulah project to customers
  • Conducting comprehensive customer walkthroughs of floor plans and options
  • Filtering purchaser enquiries and sales leads to our Sales team to close the deal
  • Conducting administrative tasks such as collecting customer details and following up on enquiries to qualify sales leads
  • Providing excellent customer service and passing on sales leads in a timely manner
  • Being able to professionally troubleshoot any questions from purchasers
  • Representing the Beulah brand as our ‘frontline’
  • Maintaining and managing sales display suites
  • Maintaining our CRM database

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • At least 3 years experience in high-end retail, hospitality and/or an administrative role in a property sales agency
  • Ability to connect with and build relationships with local and overseas purchasers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer-facing demeanour and composure when dealing with difficult enquiries
