We are looking for a passionate and Stylish Marketing Executive will play an integral part in a team who is redefining the property industry. Supporting the Marketing Manager this role will assist in leading the rest of the Beulah Marketing team by creating and executing strategies to market new, high quality property developments including residential, hotels, commercial offices and retail. They will work closely with our Development Team, Design and Brand Team to effectively implement strategies to promote our world-class products, create brand and project awareness, engage with target audiences and boost inbound sales leads. You will drive brand awareness and lead acquisition across two key brands through below the line campaigns.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including briefing team members and external consultants on presentations, proposals, capability statements
  • Manage and prioritise numerous, multi-layered projects in accordance to deadlines, whilst effectively communicating progress back to marketing manager
  • Conduct marketing research
  • Marketing campaigns: Prepare media schedules and budgets for campaigns based on the project’s objectives, and targets, seek relevant approvals, and then execute campaigns regularly reporting on its effectiveness and performance
  • Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, formatting, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to greater team
  • Develop working relationships with external creative agencies to ensure each commercial project is effectively delivered with guidance from client
  • Ensure all marketing items deliver to sales agents kits are organised and addressed.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including negotiating rates, scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms
  • Develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives, and provide detailed reports and analysis to track engagement levels
  • Assist with business development activities including ongoing team marketing, public relations and client engagement events
  • Manage and work with external consultants to create collaterals for Chinese social media e.g. wechat/red
  • Prepare project edms
  • Negotiate and buying advertisements

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

YOUR SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Strong understanding of formatting and design
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong initiative and personal drive to see tasks through to high-quality completion
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and work as part of the team and manage complex projects simultaneously, while also effectively managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
  • Experience in the real estate industry
