Because we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who thinks outside-the-box to generate a buzz around each of our developments.

As Marketing Executive, you will fill a key role on the Beulah team by effectively implementing strategies to boost inbound sales leads.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Assisting with the formulation and implementation of the overall marketing strategy across the portfolio of new developments to engage local and overseas purchasers
  • Collaborating with designers and creatives to generate all marketing collateral for all sales & marketing activities across all different platforms and channels
  • Coordinating functions and events to provide the Sales team with the opportunity to network with prospective purchasers
  • Managing all property campaigns and listings on key advertising platforms
  • Thinking outside the box when it comes to preparing and recommending advertising and campaign strategies
  • Analysing customer/user data from marketing channels and preparing insightful reports for management

  • Is a “people-person” and loves building networks and communities around them
  • Loves data and drilling down into the detail to extract valuable insights
  • Is a “do-er” who likes taking action, getting their hands dirty and executing on strategies
  • Is a team player and loves supporting others to perform in their role

YOUR SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Is ideally qualified with a tertiary degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Has had at least 3-4 years of marketing experience (“Account Manager” level in agency)
  • Has established networks and industry contacts (Media, PR, creative contractors and other suppliers, etc.)
  • Understands traditional, digital and social marketing as well as how and when to use each channel effectively
  • Is tech-savvy and knows how to navigate the “back-end” on various sales and marketing platforms to generate reports and analyse data
  • Is focused on delivering bottom-line results, including generating quality sales leads at minimal cost
  • Understands the mindset and behaviour of different customer demographics and is able to tailor marketing strategies to effectively engage these different customers
