Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our agile and innovated Marketing team! This role will see you Initiating and developing (and managing the end-to-end execution) innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, PR angles and other ways to generate sales leads and general public interest in our projects.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Execution of the centre marketing plan and campaigns
• Management of marketing budget and financials
• ROI reporting on success of campaigns and initiatives
• Liaising with retailers, external suppliers on promotions and events and producing marketing collaterals
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to drive timeline, due dates to produce marketing collaterals and ensure deliveries are on time
• The ability to proactively solve problems and a determination to deliver quality work
• Ideally to be successful in this role you will need to be a highly organised, enthusiastic team player and be able to demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills

YOUR SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Qualified in Business/Marketing and/or experience in a marketing position
• Has had at least 7 years of campaigns, marketing or PR experience
• Experience setting and executing strategic plans
• Excellent customer service experience and a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience managing digital assets
• Have excellent creative flair and an eye for detail
• A Passion for ‘creating’ and thinking differently about exciting events and promotions that create engaging experiences for customers at their local shopping centre
• This role requires someone who is passionate about creating retail experiences and will need to thrive in a busy environment
