After pioneering an exciting and rewarding venture, we are pleased to confirm the sale of the proposed Australia 108 tower in Melbourne’s Southbank to Singaporean property developer World Class Land.

It was a pleasure to work alongside the Australia 108 consortium, which comprised of Nonda Katsalidis, whose firm Fender Katsalidis designed the tower; investor Adrian Valmorbida, of the Lavazza coffee fortune; developer Benni Aroni representing the Watersun syndicate made up of himself, Gary Caulfield, Rob Elliott and others.

We look forward to seeing the iconic Australia 108 reach its potential under the reigns of its capable new owners, World Class Land.
