Meet our marketing manager

Shehzeen Pottachira brings a dynamic mix of creativity and precision to Beulah’s marketing team. As a Marketing Manager, she not only leads campaigns across Beulah’s diverse project portfolio but also seamlessly blends creative thinking with strong project management. Whether it’s a new project launch, PR initiative, or an eye-catching campaign, Shehzeen’s passion for architecture and property shines through in everything she does.

Take us through a day in your life at Beulah!

Many people might think Marketing is the glamorous department, but in reality, we are constantly managing projects and ensuring the timely delivery of various outputs. The day starts with a much-needed coffee, followed by reviewing all activities and tasks related to new project launches, PR, current campaigns, or display suite works. Beulah is highly collaborative, so while Marketing executes, we work with the broader team to ensure all aspects of project delivery are met. This involves a lot of creative brainstorming, frequent briefings, and adjusting strategies and directions. After lunch and a second coffee (or peppermint tea), I often indulge in our amazing pantry, with a 3pm Tim Tam becoming my guilty treat. The day concludes with planning for the next day and gearing up to do it all over again!

What drives/motivates your role at Beulah?

The people – being surrounded by highly motivated leaders all in one place naturally inspires pushing boundaries and thinking more creatively. I consider myself fortunate to have discovered my passion for property and architecture early in my career. Working in an industry I genuinely love fuels my drive.

We love your out-of-the-box thinking, innovative and creative ideas! What inspires you?

I’ve been fortunate to travel, experiencing new countries and cultures. Observing the advertising and marketing of international brands during these trips keeps me inspired and informed.

How do you stay inspired?

A lot of researching and reading online play a significant role, but more importantly, working at Beulah with knowledgeable and passionate industry professionals, and applying this firsthand in our projects, keeps me inspired.

What are your top 3 tips you can share that you’ve learnt from being a Marketing Manager at Beulah

Lean into things that sounds bizarre and threatens your thinking, sometimes the feeling of discomfort is a sign of growth – it will make your better at what you do!
Its the small details that make a BIG difference, dont forget or overlook them.
The strength in collaboration and team work is powerful, as you complement each others skills you can make the unachievable, achievable.
