Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will fill a key role on the Beulah team by ensuring that our project feasibilities are financially stress-tested and all options for financing and structuring are commercially considered.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Undertaking detailed and complex financial modelling and feasibility analysis on existing development projects, potential investment and capital structures, acquisitions and other business expansion initiatives
  • Checking and modifying the model assumptions according to various profitability scenarios, exit strategies, funding scenarios and commercial considerations
  • Modelling different financing arrangements and analysing various implications on cash flow and profitability
  • Assisting with the preparation of all necessary financial and pitch presentations in acquisition, financing, capital raising and partnering negotiations
  • Assisting with the preparation of market research reports and investor reports
  • Assisting with due diligence activities for site acquisition and investment opportunities

Sales Executive

Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you will fill a key role on the Beulah team by advising on key contractual risks as well as all general legal issues across the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working with the Finance Team and MD to prepare, review and finalise shareholder and financier related agreements, deeds and other documents
  • Working with the Development Team to review, negotiate amendments to and finalise construction contracts, consultant contracts and other supplier contracts
  • Working with the Sales and Marketing Team to review, negotiate amendments to and finalise contracts of sale, consultant contracts and other supplier contracts
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on retail and commercial lease agreements, as well as hotel agreements
  • Advising on general compliance obligations of the company
  • Managing any commercial and construction disputes and litigation processes
  • Working with and briefing external lawyers as required to advise on specific legal matters including structuring, taxation, employment law, construction law, etc
  • Completing risk assessments and strategies for mitigation
