Digital Marketing & Campaigns Executive

 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Campaigns Executive that will fill a key role on the Beulah team by effectively generating inbound sales leads.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Analysing CRM data and identifying key trends, characteristics and behaviours of customers and potential customers
  • Planning and executing multi-pronged digital strategies that effectively target and influence potential customers
  • Setting up marketing automation flows via EDMs and other communication and advertising platforms
  • Setting up all back-end SEO and SEM settings to optimise visibility of our corporate website and project websites and executing on strategies to drive potential customers to these sites
  • Collaborating with agencies and creatives to coordinate and roll-out amazing “wow” events, campaigns and other activation ideas
  • Assisting with the coordination of display suite set-up and styling
  • Assisting with the coordination of agencies and creatives to put together various marketing collateral
  • Help manage the marketing budget like it’s your own bank account and ensuring that every dollar spent results in the maximum impact on sales leads

Development Project Manager


The Development Project Manager will fill a key role on the Beulah team by ensuring that our projects conceived precisely, are built to the highest standards and that these are all delivered on time and in budget. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Preparing and refining property development vision and feasibilities, including all aspects of feasibility investigations

  • Engaging in stakeholder, consultant and contractor tenders and negotiations including contractual reviews and due diligence

  • Managing the planning process and working together with council, town planners, consultants and other key external stakeholders to ensure permits are granted in line with timeline, cost, quality and feasibility objectives

  • Managing and coordinating a team of consultants to drive key project outcomes

  • Collaborating with internal sales and marketing team members to deliver key customer engagement initiatives and strong sales results

  • Completing risk assessments and strategies for mitigation

  • Managing the overall development budget and expenditure for each project

  • Manage accurate and comprehensive documentation including funding, consultant and contractor agreements

  • Preparing timely, accurate and professional (internal and external) reports

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders including funders, financiers, consultants, contractors and regulators

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant permits, legislation and contractual obligations

  • Preparing progress reports to directors and stakeholders

Financial Analyst

 

The Financial Analyst will fill a key role on the Beulah team by ensuring that our project feasibilities are financially stress-tested and all options for financing and structuring are commercially considered.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Undertaking detailed and complex financial modelling and feasibility analysis on existing development projects, potential investment and capital structures, acquisitions and other business expansion initiatives
  • Checking and modifying the model assumptions according to various profitability scenarios, exit strategies, funding scenarios and commercial considerations
  • Modelling different financing arrangements and analysing various implications on cash flow and profitability
  • Assisting with the preparation of all necessary financial and pitch presentations in acquisition, financing, capital raising and partnering negotiations
  • Assisting with the preparation of market research reports and investor reports
  • Assisting with due diligence activities for site acquisition and investment opportunities

Assistant Accountant

 

We are looking for a smart and passionate Assistant Accountant that will fill a key role on the Beulah Finance Team by effectively assisting in all day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage group accounts, including performing accounts reconciliations and daily accounts processing and book-keeping
  • Assist in the preparation of projects and company budgets and cash flow forecasts
  • Assist in the monthly management financial reporting process, including accurate reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in compliance with legislative and company guidelines, processes and policies
  • Assist in preparation of lodgement of Business Activity Statements
  • Providing detailed financial analysis, accounting and reports to management on request
  • Manage accounts payables and payments process
  • Ensure filing of company documents and invoices are in order

 

Legal Counsel


As Legal Counsel, you will fill a key role on the Beulah team by advising on key contractual risks as well as all general legal issues across the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working with the Finance Team and MD to prepare, review and finalise shareholder and financier related agreements, deeds and other documents
  • Working with the Development Team to review, negotiate amendments to and finalise construction contracts, consultant contracts and other supplier contracts
  • Working with the Sales and Marketing Team to review, negotiate amendments to and finalise contracts of sale, consultant contracts and other supplier contracts
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on retail and commercial lease agreements, as well as hotel agreements
  • Advising on general compliance obligations of the company
  • Managing any commercial and construction disputes and litigation processes
  • Working with and briefing external lawyers as required to advise on specific legal matters including structuring, taxation, employment law, construction law, etc
  • Completing risk assessments and strategies for mitigation
