Assistant Project Manager


The Assistant Project Manager will fill a key role on the Beulah team by ensuring that our projects are continually driven forwards to achieve our time, quality and budget goals. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working directly with and reporting to the Development Project Manager to support on all day-to-day tasks relating to project delivery
  • Working with the builders to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with quality expectations
  • Coordinating various stakeholder, consultant and contractor meetings, correspondence and documentation
  • Compiling risk assessments and strategies for mitigation
  • Helping monitor and report on the overall development budget and expenditure for each project
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders including financiers, consultants, contractors, builders, regulators and acting as the point of contact for all day-to-day correspondence for project related queries
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant permits, legislation and contractual obligations

Sales Executive

Legal Counsel


As Legal Counsel, you will fill a key role on the Beulah team by advising on key contractual risks as well as all general legal issues across the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working with the Finance Team and MD to prepare, review and finalise shareholder and financier related agreements, deeds and other documents
  • Working with the Development Team to review, negotiate amendments to and finalise construction contracts, consultant contracts and other supplier contracts
  • Working with the Sales and Marketing Team to review, negotiate amendments to and finalise contracts of sale, consultant contracts and other supplier contracts
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on retail and commercial lease agreements, as well as hotel agreements
  • Advising on general compliance obligations of the company
  • Managing any commercial and construction disputes and litigation processes
  • Working with and briefing external lawyers as required to advise on specific legal matters including structuring, taxation, employment law, construction law, etc
  • Completing risk assessments and strategies for mitigation
