Beulah’s Executive Director, Adelene Teh, was recently invited as a guest panellist for Savills’ Inaugural Annual Residential Property Outlook event where she, along with other industry experts, explored and discussed the future of build-to-sell.

Connecting with leaders in the industry, Adelene, along with Benni Aroni of Pitcher Partners, Bill McWilliams, chief investment officer, MaxCap and Savills’ state director of residential project sales, Michael Lang, discussed how developers can navigate the complexities of the current development market and provided an insightful exploration into the future of build to sell.

Adelene shared her professional insight on the concept of hyper-mixed-use developments and their benefits, emphasizing the power of collaboration. She underscored the importance of selecting an architect that aligns with the project vision and highlighted how a holistic consideration of urban context and public benefit can create spaces that serve current and future generations.
