Beulah marks succesful completion
Hallmark Ivanhoe
Marking the successful conclusion of Hallmark, Ivanhoe, Beulah hosted an intimate morning tea to celebrate with the team behind the project.
Designed by leading practice Fender Katsalidis, the project comprises of 32 apartments over five levels, with a monolithic exterior that boasts the timeless appeal of travertine and bronze.
Director of Design at Fender Katsalidis Nicky Drobis was in attendance to make a speech, alongside Luke Skurrie from Ironside, and Adelene Teh and Jiaheng Chan from Beulah.
The event was held in one of Beulah’s favourite residences with an awe-inspiring view over Ivanhoe. This apartment, alongside others within the development, features a stunning neutral colour palette of stone and is inspired by the lightness and sophistication of art deco architecture within the suburb.
The residences are also home to a kitchen designed in collaboration with renowned chef Adam D’Sylva, including premium Gaggenau appliances, encased by natural stone and opulent timber finishes.
