Inspiring Inclusion with Beulah
8 MarchTo celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD), the Beulah team came together to hear from an insightful panel that discussed how to support gender equality, and equity in the workplace and how to inspire inclusion within Beulah and beyond.
The discussion was centred around this year’s IWD theme of Inspire Inclusion – that when we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world and when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.
The panel consisted of the Beulah team members from various departments, including Executive Director Adelene Teh, Managing Director Jiaheng Chan, Head of Design Rodelle Lee, Senior Project Manager (Design) Kimberly Lau, Project Presenter Racheal Hunt, Digital and Technology Manager Alan Chan, and Senior Development Manager Chris Hatcher.
Through meaningful dialogue and shared experiences, we celebrated our commitment to fostering inclusivity and empowerment within our organisation. Here’s to our empowered team, united in pushing boundaries and driving positive change!
