Beulah has joined forces with architecture practice Fender Katsalidis to create our latest development Hallmark Ivanhoe in Melbourne’s inner north-east.

In the leafy suburb of Ivanhoe, the project features 35 premium apartments, showcasing exceptional design over each of the five levels. Kitchens have been designed in collaboration with Adam D’Sylva and include Gaggenau appliances as well as natural stone and timber finishes.

The design is inspired by the architecture of the locale and includes modernist and art deco influences.

Hallmark Ivanhoe apartments range in price from $420,000 to $1.5 million and will be located at 47-49 Norman Street, Ivanhoe.
