We are thrilled to announce that construction has officially commenced at our Gardenhill development, with over 80% of apartments sold to date.

The celebratory ground breaking ceremony was attended by Victorian Minister for Finance Hon. Robin Scott, Malaysian Minister for Industry and Trade Dato’ Lee Chee Leong and Manningham Mayor Cr. Paul McLeish, all who assisted in turning the first sod.

We are also pleased to announce that the Gardenhill contract has been awarded to Hacer, a well known and respected name within the Australian construction industry.

We look forward to working alongside Hacer and welcoming Gardenhill residents into their new homes towards the turn of 2017.
