We are thrilled to earn a place on the shortlist for this year’s Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards for Excellence. The awards honour first-class developments across Victoria.

Our Gardenhill project features Australia’s first off-lead dog park in a high rise and promotes responsible pet ownership in apartments.

We are grateful to be recognised for offering innovation in the development industry where we hope to see more apartment buildings cater to the needs of our four-legged friends.

We eagerly await the awards ceremony and gala lunch at the end of the year and look forward to seeing Victoria’s top developments recognised.
