Beulah is delighted to share another construction update on Habitus, our milestone South Melbourne project.

As you may know, construction continues to progress after works undertaken by CitiPower.

Our wonderful builders, Ironside, have now completed the boundary underpinning works which are vital to ensure the structural stability of the neighbouring properties for the construction of the development and into the future.

An exciting step forward in the project’s journey, further heavy machinery works will get underway in the coming weeks, with the piling rig to commence pile foundations.
