Tracking swiftly towards its scheduled July completion date, construction on our South Melbourne project – Habitus Townhomes – has maintained steady momentum amid the current market climate.

Our latest updates from the team at IRONSIDE includes installation of kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe joinery and stairs that will be completed in the next couple of weeks.

At the same time, tiling and stone installation throughout the kitchens and bathrooms have begun early this month; the result is simply stunning.

The lightweight external cladding of the contemporary façade is now largely complete, with metal cladding progressing promptly, in line with the anticipated timelines. We expect the remainder of the external scaffold to be removed and the reveal of the facades during May.
