June was another milestone month on the construction of Habitus, with the project continuing to gain momentum.

This progress includes the news that all foundation piles are now complete, and the site office officially established. Ironside has also finalised the site cutting and grading in order to establish natural ground levels. From this, a majority of the in-ground plumbing is finished with the remainder slated for completion in early July.

The first ground floor slabs have been poured, while structure manufacturing has also commenced. The design of window detailed has officially been finished, along with that of the joinery detail.

Other exciting development is that our tower crane has been erected.
