Rising above the streetscape of bustling South Melbourne, Habitus has made significant construction headway in June with the project set to be complete within coming weeks.

On-site, we are proud to report that IRONSIDE is now installing the final facade fin detail in all zones of the development, together with blockwork fencing and ground level brickwork.

Internally, Townhouses 01 – 12 have now been cleaned and the quality review process has commenced. Townhouses 13 to 27 are in their final stages of completion internally, with grouting, caulking, and appliance and fixture fitoffs underway.

Finally, the expansive private rooftop terraces — set to become the ultimate inner-city retreat for residents, particularly during the warmer months — are also inching closer to completion with the planter boxes, Beefeater BBQ’s, sinks and stunning dekton stone installations progressively occurring across the project.
