Our latest round of updates includes celebrating the completion of most window installations; hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical rough-in work; and plastering by Ironside. A huge milestone for the project and bringing you one step closer to moving into your new home!

Other notable works include the installation of rendered cladding which is nearing completion, together with the reveal of a large portion of the beautiful grey and bronze metal cladding feature to Boundary Street. Tiling and installation of joinery to bedrooms and walk-in-robes are progressing as well.

Staircase and kitchen joinery installations are also tracking along nicely with all timelines progressing according to the original schedule.

Construction on Habitus Townhomes continues to maintain momentum, with completion still expected in June and settlement in July.
