In what was another busy month on site, Ironside has completed 50 per cent of the formwork for the structure’s level four slabs, with the remaining 50 per cent following closely behind.

Also making great progress is the offsite prototype testing with the facade and glazing reviewed by DKO Architects and the Beulah team. When a building is constructed, it’s important to thoroughly test all materials, angles and specifications to ensure they are durable and to the highest standard. This is an important step in the project timeline as these materials are a significant component of the elevations.

Looking ahead to the next fortnight, we are delighted to share that we are expected to top out the entire structure, allowing Ironside to commence some of the internal services.
