In line with our vision of being forward thinking and innovative in the property sphere, we launched a coffee campaign in hopes of squashing the misconception that you need to be wealthy in order to invest.

By partnering with a local café to our Gardenhill development, we gave away 100 coffees a day for two weeks to help potential buyers see the value of saving their pocket change.

Our Managing Director Jiaheng Chan said the messaging behind the campaign was to educate people about the costs of property investment, which can cost as little as two coffees a day.
