As we move well and truly into 2022, it has been fantastic to see Provenance construction works off to such a strong start. This month, plastering on the ground floor has moved closer to completion, while the first level is now over 50 percent complete, marking significant progress as the project forges ahead.

Additional window frames have been installed, offering views that will give way to extensive landscaping with native plants and sprawling greenery. Scaffolding has also been erected in preparation for the commencement of the external façade.

Beyond reaching foundational work milestones, stone selection has begun following supplier visits and we look forward to sharing more on these premium materials in due course.
