Following the first level of Provenance nearing completion last month, March sees continued progress with waterproofing of wet areas on the Ground Level and Level One nearly finished. Plastering is also close to complete on both ground and first levels, marking a significant step forward for construction.

Joinery installation in the kitchen and bathroom has also begun in the prototype display apartment, taking Provenance closer to its eventual grand reveal. Designed by Elenberg Fraser, Provenance comprises 12 expansive penthouse-scale residences set over three levels, surrounded by extensive landscaping.
