The grand unveiling of Provenance’s display apartment has received an overwhelming amount of interest. As private viewings take place, construction continues to make excellent progress, with ground floor tiling complete, and joinery advancing on both the ground and Level 1 floors.

Works have also begun on Level 2 with plaster in progress. Additionally, window frames have been installed with glazing up to 60 percent complete. Solar panels have also been established and lifts commissioned.

Defined by spacious living, the Elenberg Fraser-designed residences are surrounded by landscape architecture which creates moments of verdant tranquility amidst the urban environment. Apartment settlements are scheduled to take place in August.
