Set to comprise 12 expansive oversized residences set over three levels and surrounded by extensive landscaping, Provenance is now a step closer to elevating the vibrant suburb of Camberwell with multi-residential living that encapsulates security, space and sophistication.

This month, the project has reached more significant milestones with insulation and party walls commencing, alongside the rough-in of air conditioning and basement ductwork. Meanwhile, the windows have begun to be manufactured off-site.

Key foundational work continues to make excellent progress with the roof structure close to completion, paving the way for the roof to be installed. Internal walls for all apartments are now also complete and ready for plaster in the coming weeks.
