Situated in the heart of vibrant Camberwell, Provenance continues to take shape as a private retreat, soon to be surrounded by lush gardens. A collaboration with progressive architecture firm, Elenberg Fraser, the 12 expansive house-like residences elevate multi-residential living through the thoughtful intermingling of design and function.

With each floor designed to have its own unique look and feel, progress is being made with framing complete for ground and first-floor levels, bringing the outdoor entertaining and kitchen areas to life. Meanwhile, the structural steel framing on the top level has been completed.

The next exciting step of the process will be completing the rough-in of services to lower levels apartments and then plastering of walls.
