Beulah unveils a revolutionary living concept

At Beulah, we recognise the significance of a home purchase for many individuals and the years to come and that is why our latest project, Brunswick Established, will offer homes that seamlessly adapt to evolving lifestyles and cater to diverse needs – allowing our future residents the choice to customise their homes to suit the stage of life they are currently in while acknowledging where they are heading.

Research from the UNSW City Futures Research Centre found that multi-generational living is on the rise with one in five Australians living in a multigenerational household; the most common complaint raised in multi-generational households is noise and lack of privacy.

Comprised of 23 two-storey townhouses, Brunswick Established offers multiple typologies of townhomes to suit different living requirements, allowing residents to grow in place – majority include ground-floor bedrooms for accessibility while others provide a detached room separated by a courtyard.

On top of that, we will enable purchasers of Brunswick Established to customise their homes to cater to different phases of life – from changing the flooring to accommodate a home gym, creating the perfect home studio or home office to creating a grandparent’s (or kids) retreat – no two homes will be the same.
