Located at 23 Hodgson Street, Brunswick, Brunswick Established is a collection of thoughtfully designed townhomes that seamlessly blend the charm of the area’s historic industrial character with cutting-edge sustainable design. Behind its preserved façade lies a vision of the future: homes designed for adaptability, circularity, and a profound connection to the environment. Designed by the acclaimed Six Degrees Architects, with verdant laneways brought to life by Hansen Partnership, the project is a testament to the power of collaboration in creating spaces that inspire. 

As the first heritage townhomes in Brunswick to implement circular living at scale, Brunswick Established eliminates waste, keeps materials in use, and regenerates natural systems, setting a new benchmark for sustainable development. Materials from the original structure, formerly a historic clothing factory, were carefully salvaged and repurposed, with bricks and timber finding new life in architectural and design elements.

Designed for flexibility and future-proofing, these townhomes adapt to residents’ evolving needs, supporting multigenerational living. Edible gardens, composting amenities, and biophilic design elements further promote a lifestyle centred on sustainability and wellbeing. 

Inspired by London mews, lush laneways foster a sense of community, while thoughtful design prioritises natural light, green spaces, and quality of life.
