We’re thrilled to share that construction at Brunswick Established is progressing steadily, marking a key milestone in bringing Beulah’s future-focused townhome community to life.

Demolition is nearing completion, with the heritage perimeter walls now fully retained and standing freely, an iconic symbol of Brunswick’s industrial past.

These brick and timber elements have been cleaned and carefully stockpiled for reuse, as part of our commitment to reimagining construction through circular principles. Next, the slabs will be removed to pave the way for civil works and the first house slab pours, bringing us one step closer to welcoming a new community to this historic pocket of inner-north Melbourne.
