Guests were invited to a thought-provoking seminar led by Rodelle Lee, Beulah’s Head of Design and Anthony Hurst, Director from Systemic Psychology. Together, they explored how design and psychology intersect to foster a sense of wellbeing and connection in our daily lives.

  While working from home offers flexibility, it can also amplify feelings of isolation. The session explored how thoughtful community living can create opportunities for genuine connection.
• Navigating Change
  Transitioning to a new home is far less stressful when it’s a choice rather than a necessity. Attendees were encouraged to plan their next chapter thoughtfully, highlighting the role developments like Brunswick Established play in creating smooth and supportive transitions.
• Designing for Happiness
  From natural light to flexible spaces, mindful design was showcased as a tool for enhancing mental and emotional health in everyday life.
• Living in Harmony With Your Circadian Rhythm
  Attendees discovered how environments designed to align with our natural circadian rhythms—through elements like lighting, ventilation, and spatial flow—can promote overall wellbeing and happiness.
• Sustainable Living for a Better Future
  Attendees were inspired by how sustainable design can not only minimise environmental impact but also promote a healthier, more harmonious way of living.

As guests wandered through the display suite, they also enjoyed delicious food and refreshing drinks, creating a warm atmosphere that reflected the spirit of community at the heart of Brunswick Established. This shared moment of connection celebrated the next chapter for the project, one that promises to redefine sustainable, community-focused living in Brunswick. 

For new buyers, the event presented an exclusive chance to secure complimentary upgrades and maximise stamp duty savings of up to $146K before construction begins—a final nod to the exciting possibilities ahead.
