STH BNK By Beulah VIP Pre-Launch Event
wows Melbourne

As Melbourne continues to come back to life and plans for Beulah’s ambitious vertical city, STH BNK By Beulah, move forward at speed, we were so excited to don our best cocktail attire and come together under the same roof (a roof dripping in stunning floral arrangements no-less) to celebrate the unveiling of this unprecedented project.

Welcomed by live music performed by Paint The Town Band and world-class entertainment from roving performers The Huxleys, plus stunning bespoke designer gowns by Australian designers J’Aton, Toni Maticevski and Sonia Cappallazo and headwear by milliner Jill Humphries , it was a joy and a pleasure to host over 700 Melburnians as we shared exclusive insights into this unparalleled project, set to become the tallest residential skyscraper in Australia and home to the tallest vertical garden in the world; the tower’s external vertical garden reaching a total of 5.5 kilometres.

Hosted by Logie Award winning Master of Ceremonies Dilruk Jayasinha and Auctioneer of the Year Paul Tzamalis, the evening commenced with a Welcome To Country performed by Mandy Nicholson of Djirri Djirri Cultural Services and Kiernan Ironfield for that wonderful didgeridoo performance, followed by a first-look into STH BNK By Beulah from Co-Founders Adelene Teh and Jiaheng Chan.

Having recently announced that Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, global leader in luxury hospitality, has been chosen to manage the hotel at STH BNK By Beulah, guests were given the opportunity to hear from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts President of Hotel Operations Asia Pacific, Rainer Stampfer.

Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne will feature 210 rooms crowning the western tower of STH BNK By Beulah, and will see guests arrive via a Sky Lobby on the 63rd floor, boasting panoramic views over Melbourne’s city skyline, Port Phillip Bay and Royal Botanical Gardens.

guests were given the opportunity to hear from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts President of Hotel Operations Asia Pacific, Rainer Stampfer.

Further, Paris’ globally-revered Centre Pompidou was recently appointed as the culture partner for STH BNK By Beulah, with Councillor for Culture, Science Education from the French Embassy, Boris Toucas, sharing with the audience his vision for the partnership.

Heralding the opening of the STH BNK By Beulah model space was an impressive sabrage and pouring of the Nicolas Feuillatte champagne tower, performed by The Champagne Dame Kyla Kirkpatrick, followed by an inspiring talk from Lord Mayor Sally Capp, on what the $2.7 billion precinct will mean for Southbank, and for Melbourne more broadly.

Set to transform the way Melburnians work, live, learn, revitalise and play, STH BNK By Beulah will set a global benchmark for an unprecedented lifestyle hub that caters to present and future generations and will assist in the future growth of Melbourne and its vision to become a truly global smart city.

The night was closed by an exclusive day-in-the-life presentation by Adelene Teh, exploring the endless lifestyle possibilities on offer to residents and guests

Envisioned as a vertical mini-metropolis, STH BNK by Beulah will comprise four distinct collections of private residences, public and green spaces, a rooftop sky garden, auditorium, commercial offices, a five-star urban resort, childcare centre, a health and wellness precinct, arts and culture spaces and programs, as well as world-class experiential retail, all within two twisting terraced forms.

The night was closed by an exclusive day-in-the-life presentation by Adelene Teh, exploring the endless lifestyle possibilities on offer to residents and guests, and a specially commissioned STH BNK By Beulah song performed by Joth Hunt and Noah Walker, before DJ Duchess Kay took to the decks to entertain guests later into the evening.

A night not to be forgotten, we’d like to thank our fantastic partners and sponsors who made the evening possible.
