As part of its eco-conscious approach, the project team will recycle and repurpose components of the site’s existing structure, originally home to one of Brunswick’s earliest clothing factories from the 1920s. Recycled bricks will be incorporated into architectural features, while salvaged timber will be transformed into elements such as pergolas. These initiatives not only significantly reduce construction waste but also lower embodied carbon by limiting the use of new materials – a tangible expression of Beulah’s commitment to environmentally responsible development.
Groundbreaking celebration marks new chapter for Brunswick Established
The countdown to move-in gets closer
Beulah is excited to share that we have officially broken ground at Brunswick Established, marking an important milestone in bringing this visionary project to life. Together with our project partners and construction partner Level 10, we gathered on-site to acknowledge the progress already underway and to commemorate the foundations of what will soon become 23 sustainable heritage townhomes.
Brunswick Established represents a new era of thoughtful urban living – a first-of-its-kind heritage townhome community in Brunswick designed with sustainability, customisation and multigenerational living at its core. With features such as private courtyards, flexible floor plans and rich architectural details drawn from Brunswick’s distinctive fabric, this is a place where residents can truly grow in place.
