STH BNK By Beulah has hit a pivotal milestone, reaching over a whopping $600 million in sales since its launch to market just four months ago, making it the fastest selling project in Melbourne in the last five years. This includes a record-breaking $35 million sub-penthouse and a $15 million sub-penthouse.
Following the sell-out success of Stage 1 on launch day (totalling $400 million), Stage 2 was brought forward to cater to demand, with this stage now officially sold out.
