The $35 million sub-penthouse is now Melbourne’s most expensive apartment to date, spanning 1,000sqm across an entire floor and featuring double-height ceilings. The buyer, whose identity remains confidential, is choosing to customise the apartment as part of STH BNK’s Tailored Living offering with the number of bedrooms and baths yet to be confirmed.
Beulah Managing Director Jiaheng Chan said the demand experienced on the first day of launch far exceeded any expectations, with buyers eager to own a slice of Australia’s most talked-about project.
“The launch day was absolutely buzzing, we had buyers lining up, eager to be the first to choose their preferred apartment with many saying the opportunity to have the world at their feet was too good to pass up. We successfully sold out Stage 1 and had to bring forward Stage 2 to cater to buyer demand. They will have access to world-class amenities and offerings not yet explored in Australia, a mini-metropolis that truly is the next evolution of living.
