Beulah projects recognised globally
Highly esteemed award nominations
It has been an exciting month at Beulah with a number of projects recognised in key industry competitions.
Designed by Fender Katsalidis, Paragon is one of the finalists for ‘Best International Development’ at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards.
Set to become home to Australia’s first indoor urban forest, the landscaping has been designed by internationally acclaimed landscaper, Paul Bangay. Spread across three storeys, the forest will be a green escape from the urban hustle, with a carefully composed selection of mature trees, leafy canopies, climbing gardens and grassy spaces.
A finalist The Urban Developer Awards ‘Development of the Year’ category, Hallmark Ivanhoe was also designed by Fender Katasalidis.
Inspired by the rich history of the surrounding area, the building’s monolithic exterior boasts a timeless appeal of travertine and bronze, making it a worthy addition to the suburb’s prominent arts and craft architecture.
Shortlisted for the World Interiors News Awards’ Residential Development category, Fawkner House has been recognised for its exquisite interior design by Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors.
A rare jewel located in the esteemed Domain Precinct, the interiors throughout are seamless, with a simple material palette in order to create a natural flow and visual experience.
Listed as a finalist in the World Architecture News Awards’ Future Projects: Mixed Use category, it is an honour to have Southbank By Beulah (SBB) recognised on the global stage yet again.
Conceived with the concept of togetherness, joint ownership and open access for local residents and the wider community, SBB has been designed by Dutch firm UNStudio and local Melbourne firm Cox Architecture.
With the planning permit now submitted, the project is set to become a true vertical village encompassing the future of living, work and culture in Melbourne.
Acknowledgement of the ongoing dedication and excellence across all Beulah projects, this recognition is a true testament to the talented and hard working architects, interior designers, landscape architects and Beulah team members.
