We are thrilled to share that the short films we created for Habitus Townhomes and The Grounds of Kew have been shortlisted for the DRIVENxDESIGN 2019 Melbourne Design Awards in the Marketing – film, video, viral category.

‘Crafted Moves’ (created by Studio Caravan for Habitus Townhomes) and ‘Grow New’ (by Savi for The Grounds of Kew), were both designed to help us stand out from the multitude of other products on the market by giving the cookie cutter property movie the flick.

‘Crafted Moves’ represents the flowing living spaces and desirable lifestyle of living at Habitus through dance. Starring champion Richmond footballer Alex Rance, the mini-movie follows him as he glides through the display suite to feel-good aspirational music was born.

Meanwhile, ‘Grow New’ showcases the uniqueness of The Grounds of Kew, presenting locals with an opportunity to downsize without downgrading the residential luxury, amenity and postcode to which they’ve long been accustomed. Celebrating the joyous spirit of one’s inner child, it shows there is no downside to downsizing.
