The Grounds of Kew is now truly living up to its lush reputation, with November having seen the completion of all exterior landscaping, bringing verdant views to each residence and the exciting announcement of receiving the Occupancy Permit.

In a month of laying the foundations for a luxurious lifestyle, rich textures are now throughout The Grounds! Exterior footpaths are now complete, the cobblestone driveway has been laid, the internal lobby ground floor coverings have been removed to reveal stunning stone tiles, and all apartments now quality checked by Beulah.

Promising a grand welcome for residents, the Ground Floor lobby entrance is now complete, to be complemented by sculptures and planting shortly. The front planter box landscaping and tiling is also finalised with the lobby closer resembling a 5 star hotel than an apartment – it is sure to impress.

With settlements on the horizon and future residents beginning their own inspections, the basement has now been emptied of Ironside material and the flooring cleaned in preparation for move in days ahead.
