Exclusive First Look
at Paragon

The completion of our highly anticipated and award-winning CBD tower, Paragon, has given us much reason to celebrate at Beulah. It was a pleasure to collaborate with Fender Katsalidis, who transformed the notion of traditional apartment living through intelligent design, and Paul Bangay who partnered with us in bringing Australia’s first indoor forest to life.

The completion of our highly anticipated and award-winning CBD tower, Paragon, has given us much reason to celebrate at Beulah.

The 48-level luxury residential tower at 318 Queen Street is home to 227 apartments, most of which boast prized corner vistas overlooking Melbourne’s famed streetscape below, complemented by sumptuous amenities. Meanwhile, the first-of-its-kind indoor forest offers a green escape from the urban hustle, unfurled across three storeys.

We are delighted to share video highlights from our exclusive first-look event in May which attracted keen interest from prospective buyers, who enjoyed a preview of Paragon’s remarkable residential spaces, including its entertainment club, library and private theatre.

Guests were serenaded by a live harp player against a verdant backdrop of the tower’s ‘indoor forest’, lit especially for the occasion and transforming the private sky garden into a piece of Melbourne’s cityscape. By the warmth of the fireplace in the luxurious entertainer’s club, guests also indulged in a sprawling grazing table and delicious canapes while enjoying the live performance of a talented music trio. A night to remember by all involved, we’d like to thank our wonderful suppliers who made the evening possible:

Lighting and bump in: Acustoms
Forest Harp: Michelle Doyle
Music Trio: Georgia Byrne Music
Gelato: BOCA by Adam D’Sylva
Catering: Fourside Events
