This week Beulah marked a momentous occasion with demolition beginning on our landmark project, Fawkner House, as designed by award-winning architecture firm Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors.

A rare jewel located in the esteemed Domain Precinct, a bittersweet farewell was bid to our display gallery featuring Rob Mill’s signature curves, as we make way for our most lavish project to date.

Comprising of nine large scale single-floor residences over three levels, the homes boast views over Fawkner Park.

With the announcement of the project builder imminent, construction is marked for completion by the end of 2020.
