Fawkner House is on the rise
Featured in The Australian’s WISH Magazine
Fawkner House was recently featured in The Australian’s WISH Magazine (Chinese edition), in an article about the country’s luxury apartment market.
On the page alongside other esteemed property players, Beulah’s Fawkner House was showcased for its stunning collaboration between Rob Mills Architecture and Paul Bangay. An exclusive apartment project in Melbourne’s Domain Precinct, it is expected for completion in 2020 and is the most lavish project for Beulah to date.
Comprising of eight-three bedroom residences, each exudes opulence with the kitchens boasting three metre long marble benches and Gaggenau appliances, and views of the adjacent Fawkner Park.
Beulah Managing Director Jiaheng Chan said the demand witnessed for the Fawkner House project belies any negative sentiment around the prestige market.
This exquisite project was also highlighted in Domain’s Prestige magazine, labelled as “a stylish newcomer in one of Melbourne’s most desirable neighbourhoods”, and “not your typical apartment development”.
