The start of winter hasn’t slowed down progress at Fawkner House with construction forging ahead.

We’re proud to report in this month’s update that VCON has successfully completed construction of the featured front elevation blockwork walls to level three and will soon be commencing installation of level three’s structural steel roof frame.

It’s a significant milestone as the beautiful and iconic facade takes shape.

Of the development’s basement, black insulation panels have been successfully installed to provide sound proofing and thermal properties. VCON has also progressed on services rough-in and the installation of internal wall frames to Ground Floor and Level One.

We look forward to bringing you further updates as Fawkner House remains on track to welcome residents in early 2021.
