Continuing at an incredible pace, construction on Fawkner House in March has seen further progress with the Level 2 North pour complete. As VCON brings your exquisite new home to fruition, the onsite team have now commenced the detailed blockwork walls with further progress of this element expected during April.

Further to this, the Level 2 South pour structural formwork has also been completed by VCON, with ‘in-slab’ steel reinforcement and services soon to be carried out.

Maintaining strong momentum, construction remains on track for completion and settlement in 2021.

As of now, construction and development jobs on-site are exempt from the government shut-down of non-essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we will continue to update you should there be any changes to this.
