From timber to tiles, plaster to paint, October’s focus on the finer details has seen Fawkner House flourish.

The team are currently installing beautifully engineered natural timber flooring throughout the living areas on Level One and Two with natural timber veneer is being installed on kitchen joinery.

The bedrooms and bathrooms of Level One and Two have seen full 3.1 metre height built-in cupboards being installed this month installed, and bathrooms being fitted with their stunning joinery as well. The walls of the bathrooms are also being painted with a base coat in preparation for the large-format natural marble tiles.

Level 3 has been a hive of activity, with the rough-in of services now complete and the installation of plasterboard now commenced.

The samples approval process is nearly complete, with countless fittings and fixtures meticulously reviewed by the team, to ensure you receive quality and elegance at every touchpoint.

Beyond the interiors, a base coat is also being applied to the exterior render as we continue to see the iconic facade take shape.
