The month of December saw great progress on levels 1 and 2, with all bathroom joinery installations nearly completed, as well as the installation of the luxurious full-height, built-in wardrobes in bedrooms.

Moving to the spacious kitchen and living areas, natural timber veneer has been applied to the kitchen joinery and the timber flooring is continuing to be laid throughout all apartments.

Furthermore the stunning statement fireplaces in each apartment on levels 1 and 2 have begun their installation with marble and plasterwork nearing completion.

Looking to the exterior, the extensive planter boxes have received their soil in preparation for lush landscaping by renowned landscaper, Paul Bangay, to be installed soon, bringing greenery and nature to Fawkner House.
