We are thrilled to announce that Fawkner House won Development of the Year – Small-Scale Residential at this year’s The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence 2022. This year’s winners were announced at a spectacular gala dinner held last Thursday on the Gold Coast. 

The fifth annual awards recognise standout property industry performers across Australasia, with more than 100 finalists nominated in 20 categories. Comedian and architecture enthusiast Tim Ross hosted the highly anticipated industry event, which featured an incredible calibre of submissions, undoubtedly making the judging process a challenging one. 

A limited collection of nine large-scale residences, Fawkner House is situated within the exclusive Domain precinct of South Yarra, featuring commanding views over Fawkner Park. Special thanks to our  project partner Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors, whose signature flair and trademark sculptural design reflected the time-honoured exclusivity of the area.
