Beulah is humbled to announce that Fawkner House won the 2023 Architecture MasterPrize in the Multi-unit Residential Architecture category.

The Architecture MasterPrize honours designs in the disciplines of architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture to advance the appreciation of architecture worldwide. The awards attract the best design studios in the world, creating a highly competitive landscape. 

We would like to congratulate our partners at Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors as it is the fourth year in a row they have won first prize in one of America’s most prestigious awards. 

Fawkner House is a collection of 9 large-scale apartments that go beyond traditional luxury to create not only a better quality home, but a better quality life. The building’s form is overtly sculptural, defined by curved features that rise up and draw light within. The signature curves continue inside, allowing sunlight to flow unimpeded through large volumes of space and across handcrafted finishes. 

We are grateful for the hard work and dedication that Rob Mills has put towards Fawkner House and the collaborative efforts between our teams which made this achievement possible.
