Fawkner House Wins Gold
at New York Design Awards 2022

Our Fawkner House projects has quickly established itself as an architectural icon, most recently taking out Gold at Better Future New York Design Awards 2022.

Better Future, previously known as DRIVENxDESIGN, is the world’s largest network of design awards, including the highly anticipated New York Design Awards, a program that provides marketplace recognition across an extensive range of categories, celebrating the creativity and courage of those who are leading the way.

Designed by Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors (RMA), Fawkner House is a collection of nine large-scale apartments and a celebration of progressive architecture in one of Melbourne’s most exclusive suburbs. Fawkner House pays homage to Le Corbusier’s 1954 chapel Notre Dame du Haut in Ronchamp, France, through its combination of organic mass, distinctive form and spatial diversity

New York Design Award’s acknowledgement of Fawkner House’s liberated design is one in a long line of accolades that have recognised the sophisticated vision and innovative design outcome achieved collaboratively with RMA and Beulah.
